Bosco, an African serval, arrived when he was just six weeks old. We received a call from another facility looking to place Bosco with other cats of his own species.

Upon arrival, Bosco immediately bonded with Zepo, a caraval, who was having trouble being accepted by the other servals. As Bosco grew, his outgoing personality won every one of the servals over and he eventually introduced Zepo to them. Now they are all living wonderfully together. Bosco was our little peacemaker and Zepo is living happily ever after! This story of friendship through diversity caught the eye of a National Geographic Kid’s Magazine editor who put their story in the October 2003 issue.
