o'malley |
| O'Malley, an African
serval, came to the sanctuary when a family in Minnetonka
bought him from a roadside zoo and intended to keep him as
a pet. They soon realized he did not have the habits of a
domestic cat and he began urinating throughout their house
and showing aggression to one of the owners. They chose to
surrender O'Malley to The Wildcat Sanctuary.
O'Malley currently lives with Denali,
another male serval. Both are very large males that like to
compete at feeding time. But after feeding time, they curl
up on their own perches and take long afternoon naps.
