A pet tiger was shot by authorities in Iowa after it had escaped and attacked the owner’s dog. The owner’s also owned Raja and another cougar and contacted TWS for help.

Raja and Tasha are settling in quite well. Tasha, is an eight-year-old female, with a sweet disposition who does not care for her rowdy neighbor. Raja is a young cougar full of energy. He loves to paint and play with all sorts of toys. He is very vocal, especially around feeding time.
